The bulk of the filming was done on-board the cruise liner MSC Fantasia, the world's biggest cruise ship, as it sailed around the Atlantic between the Canary Islands, Madeira and Morocco.  Before, during and after the cruise, NDF made 4 land based shoots in Tenerife and Film!CanaryIslands was their "fixer" on the ground as well as supplying second unit camera equipment and DoP Andy McLeod and assistant Pekko Vuorela.
