August 2010 - Pendulum "The Island, Part 1" - Music Video

Film!CanaryIslands are proud to have been working with talented directors, Mike Sharpe and Barney Steel from London based The Found Collective on the music video for the successful drum & bass band, Pendulum, who are signed to Warner Bros. Mike and Barney were joined by veteran music video producer, Sean Stuart, Director of Photography Steve Annis, stylist Joseph Crone and steadicam operator Thomas English

The three day shoot took place in Teide National Park and on a black-lava coastline; our RED ONE was used with Hawk V-Lite anamorphic lenses to capture the stunning scenery in gorgeous 2.4:1 aspect ratio, and with stylish lens flares! Our actress, Carole Weyers from Belgium, played the part of a lost, futuristic girl, who chases a mysterious figure across a desolate planet. We cannot say much more at this time, until the video is released, but we are certain it is going to be a visual feast!
