Gran Canaria is the third largest islands after Tenerife and Fuerteventura and is served by daily flights from many different European cities, and from all the other islands. There is some equipment for rent in Gran Canaria or it can come over from Tenerife by ferry, a 45 minute crossing from Santa Cruz.

Gran Canaria offers many of the location types to be found on Tenerife but there are a few good reasons to shoot on the island.
